Tattoo & connection are two of my biggest passions, and I am positive you will feel that the moment you step foot into my studio. I am truly living my dreams, and am beyond excited to work with you!
Based in beautiful Bethany Village (Portland), my studio specializes in custom fine line tattoo & custom-fit permanent jewelry. In a short period of time, I have grown to be one of the most sought-after *true* fine line artists in the Pacific Northwest, and once you see my work, you will keep coming back!
With a background in education, I also offer in-person training for both fine line tattoo and permanent jewelry! I put safety first, and stay up-to-date on the best techniques and follow all of Oregon state licensing requirements. If you’re looking for fine line work, look no further!
I also have officially hired my very first apprentice, who is now currently taking fine line clients looking for more minimalist linework-only designs in smaller scale. Kourtenie also offers permanent makeup services including lip blush and powder brows!

The Answers You Need
How do I book with you?
Booking is now through an application process! Simply filling out an application does NOT mean you have an appt. Please review ALL booking information and policies PRIOR to filling out an application. If an application is received incomplete, please note that it will be denied. If accepted, you will be notified and a deposit will be required to book.
Can I get multiple services at one booking?
Yes, absolutely! I offer discounts to clients booking more than one service, or more than one tattoo, so please inquire on ways you can save!
Can I change my custom design once its drawn?
Of course I want you to have the design that you desire! However, if a custom piece concept changes entirely once it's already drawn, a small portion of your deposit goes towards the drawing fee at the end of your appt, instead of being applied to your total.
